Good BA flight from SFO to LHR - lots of spare seats to stretch upon. Running 2.5hrs late at departure and only made up 15m. Rendezvous with Gilly very successful enabling the hand off of the fake cigars. LHR to JNB more crowded but pleasant enough after ingesting half tab of Ambien .
We are trapped in a windowless transit lounge so can't say I've got a feel for RSA or even being in the Southern Hemisphere - but wait let me check the rotation of the emptying sink ....
